About PWP

PWP was established in 1974 by a group of expatriates who’d been posted to Perth as the oil industry in Western Australia started to expand. Over the years the Club has provided friendship and support networks for hundreds of women who found themselves living far from home.

PWP welcomes guests and new members!

Today the Club has a mixture of expat and local members from all walks of life. Some are expats in Perth, others have experience of living in other countries. Some have lived all their lives in Perth, but have an international outlook on life.

The Club has a monthly luncheon in South Perth, where members can catch up and enjoy a wide variety of speakers. There are regular social events such as theatre trips, wine tastings and concerts, as well as weekly activities like golf, walking, mahjong, book club, cycling.

There is also a crafting and quilting group.
